Arrival
We have a contactless check-in. Once the license plates are entered in the Boshoekapp, you can drive through the barrier (with license plate recognition) to your accommodation. 2 days before arrival, you will receive an email with accommodation number and the route to your accommodation. Please note that the barrier only opens at check-in time.
Arrival and departure times per accommodation
- Hotel rooms and campsite, check-in from 2 p.m., check-out before 11 a.m.
- All bungalows, safari tents and chalets, check in from 4 p.m., check out before 10 a.m.
- Group accommodations (Group Villa, Group Farm and the 14-person Wellness Bungalow), check-in from 5 p.m., check-out before 12 a.m.
- Camping pitches, check-in from 2 pm, check-out before 10 am
It is also possible to book an early check in or a late check out, this can be done under extras. We are happy to help you, please send us a message.
If you expect to arrive outside opening hours, please let us know. We will go through with you how the arrival will take place.
Arrivals and departure days
Arrival is possible from Monday to Saturday (hotel rooms also on Sunday) and departure is possible on any day, even in high season. Our reservation system is always up to date. If you cannot book on a certain day, it is not possible to arrive or depart on that day. Check the possibilities here.
On departure
Please lock the door 🔐 with our app or key and hand in the keys/pass at reception. If you leave before the reception is open, please deposit the keys/pass in the letterbox 📫.
