You can enter the accommodation without a key! 😊 To do so, follow the following steps:
- Download our app or update the app
- Go to open my environment
- Enter the e-mail address you used to make your reservation
- Open your mail (also check your spam) and link the reservation by clicking the link in the email
- Press check confirmation
- Go to the menu at the bottom right of your phone
- Click on the button 'open door
- Agree on 'bluetooth access
- Then choose the door you want to open note that you can only open the door within a radius of 2 metres.
You can link the reservation with several phones, but make sure you use the email address of the main booker and the main booker has to accept the link in his/her email.
