1. download our app or update the app.
2. go to Open my environment
3. enter the email address you used to make your reservation
4. open your email (also check your spam) and link the reservation by clicking on the link in the email
5. press Check confirmation
6. click on the orange 'Open Door' button.
7. agree to the 'Bluetooth access'.
8. then select the door you want to open. Note that you can only open the door within a radius of 2 metres.
