- Click on "my environment
- Enter the email address used to make the booking
- You will receive a link confirmation at this email address, click in the email on the link to approve the link(sometimes this email ends up in the spam box).
- In the app, press the "check confirmation" button.
In the app, you can add and change details to your booking, such as license plates. In addition, it's easy to add options to your booking. But it contains even more information, such as opening hours, range of facilities and how to order sandwiches or a pizza, report a malfunction. Finally, the entertainment programme can also be found in the app.
Linking fails, now what!
- Is the e-mail address correct? Check this easily until 20:00 by sending a WhatsApp message to reception.
- Perhaps the pairing email arrived in your spam box?
- Check via the store if you have the latest version of the app.
