The sale of your chalet while retaining rental rights to the plot is only permitted if you have obtained written permission. You can get a "permission form sale" at the reception.
We always reserve the right not to allow the sale of your chalet with the right to rent on the plot. Guidelines for rejection of retention of tenancy rights are:
- The chalet is older than 25 years
- The chalet is not sound or does not meet safety standards (determined by an independent party)
- The chalet or plot/outbuildings detracts from the appearance of the park
- Disapproved plot inspection on behalf of De Boshoek
