How to Use the Boshoek App for Access to the Swimming Pool
Follow these steps to easily access the swimming pool using facial recognition:
1. Preparation in the Boshoek App
Log in
Open the Boshoek App and log in with your email address.
Link your reservation
Ensure your reservation is linked to your account.
Go to "My Environment"
In the app, navigate to the "My Environment" menu.
Enable access via facial recognition
Select the option Facial Recognition.
Add a selfie for each guest
Take a clear selfie of each guest and upload it to the app. Make sure the face is clearly visible and free of accessories like hats or sunglasses.
2. Access to the Swimming Pool
Once you arrive at the swimming pool, follow these steps to enter:
Find the camera at the turnstile
The turnstile is located on the right side of the entrance.
Position yourself properly
Stand directly in front of the camera. The screen will notify you if you are standing too far away.
Scan your face
The camera will scan your face. Once the light turns green, access is granted.
Turn the turnstile
Step into the turnstile, push it all the way around, and enjoy your visit to the swimming pool!
Outdoor Pool
The outdoor pool is freely accessible and open from May to October when the temperature exceeds 20 degrees.
Swimming Registration
To manage the number of visitors in the indoor pool, we ask that you reserve a time slot in advance. Through our Entertainment programme program, you can register for swimming in the indoor pool.
Choose the correct program to register, as swimming pool reservations are combined with the animation program.
Select your desired day and time, and register. This way, you can swim on your preferred day and time!
