Through our booking system you can easily see arrivals and departures, so you can personalize your vacation at De Boshoek. We also indicate when it is attractive to stay a little longer or choose an arrangement period. Check out the possibilities here.
Contactless check-in
Rental accommodations: If you have booked a vacation in a rental accommodation, you can drive straight through to your vacation home upon arrival. Please observe the applicable check-in times.
Campsite: Upon arrival at the campsite, drive directly to your camping pitch, do not forget to check in at the campsite reception before 17:00.
👉 PLEASE NOTE: To gain access to our park, please provide your license plate(s) in advance. Our barrier opens on license plate recognition. The barrier will not open for you until it is time to check in.
Check-in and check-out time
Camping and hotel rooms: check in from 14:00, check out before 11:00
Bungalow, chalet, safari tent, cabin: check in from 16:00, check out before 10:00
Group accommodations from 14 persons: check in from 17:00 hours, check out before 12:00 hours

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please let us know. We will let you know how your arrival will proceed.
Arrive earlier on day of arrival?
Getting the start of your vacation earlier so you can vacation quickly? Book an early checkin with us, so you can get into your accommodation earlier! For a fee you can bring your arrival time forward. During the online reservation you can easily add this to the extras. In high season it is not possible to check in earlier.
Early checkin camping and hotel rooms: you can check in from 12:00 noon.
Early checkin bungalow, chalet, safari tent, hiker's hut: you can check in from 13:00 hrs.
Early checkin group accommodations of 14 persons or more: you can check in from 14:00 onwards
Later departure from the accommodation?
Want to stay a little longer in your vacation home on the day of departure? Book a late checkout for an additional fee, so you don't have to be out of your accommodation until 17:00. In high season it is not possible to check out later.
How to book this?
During online reservation: when you book a vacation with us through the website, you can book the late checkout as an extra.
After reservation, before arrival: if you have already booked a vacation, have not yet checked in, but would like to book a late checkout, you can do so via our app or My Boshoek. There you can link the reservation and still book the extras.
After reservation, after arrival: if you have already checked in and still want to book a late checkout, it is best to ask our reception what the possibilities are. You can do this by calling 0342-471297, sending a Whatsapp message or dropping by.
